Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about accounts, applications and payments.
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up, enter your name, CNIC / B-Form number (13 digits without dashes), mobile number and email, verify both with the OTP codes we send, and choose a password.
Can I have more than one account?
No. One CNIC / B-Form can be registered only once. If you forgot your password, use Forgot Password on the sign-in page.
I did not receive my OTP. What should I do?
Check that your mobile number is in the format 923001234567 and that your email address is correct, and look in your spam folder. You can request a new code after 60 seconds. If it still does not arrive, contact us.
Why can’t I change my name or date of birth?
Identity fields (name, date of birth, gender, religion and domicile) are locked after your first application so that every application matches what you submitted. Records used in a submitted application are locked too. Contact us if a correction is needed.
What size should my photo and CNIC images be?
JPG, JPEG or PNG files of maximum 25 KB each. Use a clear passport size photograph with a plain background and readable CNIC images.
How do I pay the fee?
After you apply, an invoice appears under Payments in your portal. Pay it using the PSID at any bank, mobile wallet or internet banking, or online through the payment gateway. Your status updates automatically after payment.
Is the fee refundable?
Fees are not refundable unless the opportunity is cancelled.
Where do I get my roll number slip?
Roll number slips are issued in your portal under My Roll Number Slips before the test. Bring the printed slip and your original CNIC to the test centre.
How do I delete my account?
Go to My Profile → Delete Profile, read the declaration and confirm with your password. Records linked to applications or payments may be kept where required by law.
