How AWAM collects, uses and protects your personal information.

What we collect
- Account details: name, CNIC / B-Form number, mobile number, email address and password (stored encrypted).
- Profile details you enter: personal and family information, address, domicile, education, experience, trainings, publications and languages.
- Documents you upload: passport size photograph and CNIC images.
- Application, payment, test and result records, and basic technical data such as IP address for security.
How we use it
- To verify your identity and contact details.
- To process your applications, fees, tests, interviews and results.
- To share your application with the organization offering the opportunity you applied for.
- To send you service messages by SMS and email (for example OTPs, payment confirmations and test schedules).
- To prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
Who can see it
Your profile is private. Only you, authorised AWAM staff, and the organization you apply to (for that application) can see your information. Payment providers receive only what they need to process your payment. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile is removed from active use; records connected to applications, payments and results may be kept where required by law or official requirements.
Your choices
- View and update your profile at any time in the portal (except locked fields).
- Change your password, mobile number and email from Security.
- Delete your account from My Profile → Delete Profile.
