Application and test fees
- Fees are paid for processing your application and conducting the test, and are normally non-refundable.
- A fee is refunded if the opportunity is cancelled by AWAM or the organization before the test is held.
- A fee paid twice for the same invoice, or an amount charged in error, is refunded after it is confirmed with the bank or payment channel.
- Fees are not refunded if a candidate is found ineligible, withdraws, is absent from the test or interview, or gave false information.
How to ask for a refund
- Send a message through the contact page with your CNIC, application number, invoice (consumer) number and the payment receipt.
- Requests should be made within 30 days of the payment or the cancellation notice.
- Approved refunds are paid to the candidate's own bank account or the original payment channel. AWAM never asks for your password, PIN or one-time code.
