Please read these terms before creating an account or applying through AWAM.

1. Your account

Each person may hold only one account, registered with their own CNIC or B-Form number.
You must verify your mobile number and email address, and keep them up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time codes (OTP) secret, and for all activity on your account.

All information and documents you submit must be true, complete and your own.
Identity details (name, date of birth, gender, religion, domicile) and records used in a submitted application are locked and cannot be changed afterwards.
Applications with false, incomplete or misleading information may be rejected or cancelled at any stage, including after selection.

An application is complete only when it is submitted and its fee is paid before the closing date.
Fees are non-refundable, except where an opportunity is cancelled by AWAM or the organization.
Eligibility (qualification, age, gender, domicile and quota) is decided by the criteria published for each opportunity.
Test dates, venues and results are published in your portal. Candidates must bring their roll number slip and original CNIC to the test.
Any attempt to cheat, impersonate or use unfair means leads to disqualification.

Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service or use automated tools to submit applications.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website and in the portal.
