Recruitment Guidelines
How the recruitment process works, from application to the final merit list.
The usual steps
- Application — complete your profile, apply before the closing date and pay the fee shown on your invoice.
- Roll number slip — published in your portal before the test, with the test centre, date and reporting time.
- Test — bring the printed slip and your original CNIC. Candidates without them may not be allowed in.
- Result — published in your portal and, where announced, on this website.
- Medical — only where the post requires it.
- Interview call letter — issued to shortlisted candidates before the interview.
- Interview and final merit list — the final list is published after interviews.
Each advertisement can use only some of these steps or a different order; your portal always shows the steps for your application.
Notices and documents
- SMS and email notices are sent to your verified mobile number and email address. Keep them up to date under Security.
- Every slip, call letter and acknowledgement has a reference that anyone can check at Verify a document.
- AWAM never asks for your password or one-time code by phone, SMS or email.
Fair play
- One account per person. Impersonation, false documents or unfair means lead to disqualification at any stage.
- Eligibility (qualification, age, gender, domicile and quota) is decided by the criteria in each advertisement.
